At Ganbaru Method, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your gear isn't meeting your training standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping container if possible.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
